Keeping good friends by your side is actually quite a challenge sometimes

Especially when you’re occupied with so many other things. You forget to call or text to make plans, it slips your mind that you wish to see them. And sometimes I just get really lazy and forget to answer and what not. Does it sound bad that a lot of times I’d rather read a book at night than to catch up on old friendships? That’s probably one of the reasons why I only have two best friends that I can trust and less than a handful of good ones. Quality over quantity right?
